1. Unit Tests:

   Unit test is used to validate the functionality of each unit of a source code or module of a program. Running unit test as the first step in QA offers several benefits in the development process. We incorporate unit test code in your model tier before user interface is developed. We follow an inherent practice of sustained maintenance where we continue using the unit tests to retest the models during our change process to accurately reflect the change in functionality of the units. Each language or technology has a special tool for unit testing. The most popular tools that we use are JUnit and NUnit for J2EE and .Net technologies respectively.
